Join us in Broad Ripple Village on Sunday, December 1, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. for the annual Broad Ripple Lights Up! Holiday Festival and Parade.
Broad Ripple Lights Up! features a Children’s Wonderland activity village including Santa Claus, Indianapolis’ only twilight parade, and a holiday light display lighting ceremony along the brand new Canal Esplanade (north bank of the Central Canal between Guilford Avenue and College Avenue).

Activities from 3 to 5 p.m.
Parade at 5:30 p.m.
Wonderland Kids Village located TBD.
The parade starts at the Monon Trail on Broad Ripple Avenue and heads west, turns near College Avenue and then heads east on Westfield Avenue and ends at Winthrop Avenue.
All are invited to enjoy the FREE children’s activities at the Wonderland Village, including a visit with Santa! Then find a spot along the parade route to enjoy the parade.
Broad Ripple Lights Up! Children’s Wonderland Village will be located (TBD). FREE Holiday-themed activities for kids will be available as well as food, drink, and music!
After the parade, be sure to make your way back to the Canal Esplanade to help Santa countdown the holiday display lighting ceremony.
Broad Ripple Lights Up! Twilight Parade is the city’s ONLY night-time parade. Parade units are festively decorated and lighted, making it a unique experience for families.
The parade starts at Broad Ripple Ave. and the Monon Trail at 5:30 PM. Find a viewing station on the map below.
You are invited to walk with Santa in the parade! When Santa passes you in the parade, file in behind him and follow him to the Canal Esplanade for the lighting ceremony.
