The Broad Ripple Carnival is back by popular demand and will take place in Broad Ripple Park August 8-11, 2019. Last year the Carnival drew over 9,000 attendees and we expect over 10,000 this year! NOW is your chance to join this great event!

You can Sponsor the Carnival, be a Vendor, or meet the public by reserving a table at the Community Table section.
  
An amusement park was built on the site of Broad Ripple Park in 1906 and the carousel that once was in the park is now at the Children’s Museum. Broad Ripple will celebrate the history of the area with a four-day festival complete with 20 carnival rides and games, food and drink, a craft beer garden, live entertainment and programs, community booths, and history exhibit.  Saturday will feature the Indy Urban Flea Market and Sunday is the Broad Ripple Brewpub Hoods and Hops Vintage Car Show.

RESERVE A COMMUNITY TABLE!
You are invited to meet the public and advertise your business at one of our Community Tables. We expect over 10,000 attendees this year!

We provide tables and chairs and you provide information about your business or non-profit organization. Community Tables are reserved in three-hour time blocks.

For-profit businesses may reserve a 3-hr time block for $100.
Non-profit businesses may reserve a 3-hr time block for $50.Time Blocks:

  •    Thursday 6-9:00
  •    Friday 6-9:00
  •    Saturday, 12-3:00, 3-6:00, 6-9:00
  •    Sunday, 12-3:00, 3-6:00

Guidelines:

  • 8-foot table and 2 chairs provided by the BRVA
  • Organizations may share information, pass out flyers, host an interactive activity, etc.
  • Tablecloths, banners, and signage welcomed!
  • You may bring a 10′ by 10′ pop-up tent as well
  • Pre-packaged food/candy/water may be distributed, but nothing home-made

JOIN AS A CARNIVAL VENDOR!
The Carnival will feature food and beverage service daily, and an Artisan Flea Market on Saturday, August 10.  If you are interested in vending at the event by either selling food in the Food Area or merchandise is the Artisan Flea Market area on Saturday, please email us at info@brva.org for more information.
