  1. 6568 Cornell Ave.,  Brad Litz/Litz & Eaton Development, preliminary presentation of multi-family residential redevelopment project at 6568 Cornell Ave.  Estimated 20 units over 5 stories. Unit size estimated 1,500 – 3,000 square feet.

Who We Are. The Land Use and Development Committee is a volunteer group of interested residents and business owners with a background in development, housing, commercial real estate, urban planning, and law that operates under the purview of the BRVA board. Land Use and Development Committee meetings and votes are open to the public and held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. 

The BRVA is a not-for-profit community organization serving residents, businesses, and visitors in Broad Ripple. Founded in 1969, the BRVA is the oldest and largest volunteer organization actively working on initiatives that enrich the community, attract investment, and amplify public spaces to improve quality of life in Broad Ripple. The BRVA’s mission is to advance the Village community through engagement and advocacy.
